A singer/songwriter, artist, and author of the upcoming book “Make Good.” Amy was an integral part of the Folx with Faith retreat for 2024 providing music and inspiration for all of the participants. Meet Amy Steinberg: Experience the Magic

In her music, Amy uses a combination of comedy and universal spiritual principles to help people connect with their authenticity and spiritual center. Amy is an inspiration to everyone and demonstrates the power of spiritual Truth through creative expression. There’s that and more! Along with being a talented musician, Amy is a gifted artist. Her spiritual credentials are also quite impressive. Amy is a student of the Science of Mind movement and a licensed Religious Science minister. This organization and tradition are considered New Thought and closely align with the principles of Unity, the organization that started Folx with Faith. This made her a phenomenal candidate for a guest at our Folx with Faith retreat.

Along with all of these things, Amy is also the founder of House of Love and Light. Which is an online spiritual community that grew out of the pandemic. As a queer person herself, Amy is engaged with the LGBTQIA+ community. She performs at spiritual centers, festivals, and other venues around the country.

Can you feel it? The holidays are here, and it’s giving twinkle-twinkle, fa-la-la, and a whole lotta love-love-love. This time of year, I like to pause and soak up all the magic—coffee by the fire, glittery lights, and that sweet Spirit energy that reminds us how fabulous it is to just BE.

For us in the New Thought LGBTQ+ fam, the holidays aren’t just about tradition—they’re about intention. It’s a chance to create our own sacred, sparkly rituals. Whether you’re rocking a rainbow menorah, trimming the most fabulous tree on the block, or just cozying up with your favorite blanket and a journal, remember: you are a divine masterpiece, and you make this world so much brighter just by being YOU.

Making Good and the Garden of Good

We are so excited for the release of Making Good! This book includes 44 creative prompts and is a roadmap to rediscovering your joy. We can all use more of that in our lives! This book is accessible for everyone exploring their creative side. I also want to point out, we ALL have a creative side! People sometimes think, “I’m not creative,” but spiritual traditions teach us that we are created in the image and likeness of God. You could also use the word Spirit or Source here. This Source is creative and at our core, we too are creators. If you want to more effectively connect to your creative center, then this book is for you!

The Garden of Good Zoom Gathering is a place to take your creative side to the next level. This program starts in January and is a year long program. It is an online community that will be encouraging and inspiring your spiritual creative powers. This is a chance to connect with like minded individuals and explore the magic of your creative spirit. Here’s a brief video from Amy’s YouTube channel discussing the program.

Looking Ahead to 2025

Folx with Faith’s virtual meetings will be the forth Saturday of each month. We have our discussion topics already available for the entire year. You can join us for our virtual meeting or start your own group. These topics will be centered around twelve of our spiritual centers or powers. Stay tuned for more information about this exciting program!
