Holiday Break
Our virtual gatherings will resume on January 25, 2025.
As the year winds down, Folx with Faith is taking a short break from our virtual gatherings in December to allow everyone to rest, recharge, and enjoy meaningful time with loved ones. While we won’t be hosting a virtual session this month, our local groups are still meeting and creating sacred spaces for connection and growth.
We’re excited to resume our virtual gatherings in January, bringing fresh opportunities to explore spirituality and celebrate the unique journeys of our community. Registration for January meetings is open now, so be sure to sign up and join us as we kick off the new year together!

What are the benefits of joining online LGBTQ+ events?
- Safe Space. The single most important benefit of joining online LGBTQ events is the contained, safe space for LGBTQ people to connect with each other. Many LGBTQ people feel isolated and alone, especially if they live in a community that is not accepting of LGBTQ people.
- Diversity & Reach. Online events may attract a more diverse audience than in-person events: people from all over the world can attend. This supports folx who live in areas not served by large queer communities, and also serves those who may find live events cost prohibitive.
- Sharing Stories. Virtual events give LGBTQ+ people a platform to share their experiences. When we share our stories, it reduces feelings of isolation and shame, and increases understanding.
- Expanded Understanding & Awareness. Online LGBTQ events can also be a great way to learn about LGBTQ issues — even within our community! And the more LGBTQ people come together to celebrate their community, the more we can support breaking down stereotypes and prejudice.
