Trauma Informed Ministries
When developing this course, we quickly realized that religious trauma surfaced again and again in our conversations. Because so many trans and queer people carry wounds from harmful faith experiences, we felt it was essential to address this directly. That’s why we added a dedicated section on creating trauma-informed ministries. Equipping spiritual leaders with the awareness and tools needed to hold safe, compassionate, and healing spaces for all.
