About Our Badges
Have you demonstrated LGBTQ competency in your faith leadership? Folx with Faith offers recognition for those who have achieved cultural competencies. We also offer online workshops and training in trans issues, accessibility, DEI, and more.
What is LGBTQ Competency Training?
LGBTQ Competency training, also known as LGBTQ+ Cultural Competency training, aims to equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to create inclusive and affirming environments for people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities.
Folx with Faith offers a myriad of trainings to support individuals growing in their spiritual leadership knowledge. Once training is complete, you can demonstrate your knowledge with badges on your membership profile.
Badges are for groups that have demonstrated competency in certain areas. These include literacy in trans issues, accessibility, DEI, and many more. Badges display on directory listings. You receive them by attending literacy and competency courses or by demonstrating competency in a particular area.
Badges allow us to showcase a group’s achievements. These badges are a testament to the leadership of a group, showing their dedication to continuous learning and growth.
